Goodbye, Little Loft

Tomorrow we officially say goodbye to the place we have called home for a year now. [Truly, it's been more like 3 because we spent just about every day here before we ever even moved in. Casen has pretty much grown up here. Literally.] I wish that we didn't have to leave, but it's time to move on. Things and people have changed and we don't belong here anymore, sadly. Plus we need more space for when the new baby gets here! It's super bittersweet, but I know that we will look back on our memories spent here fondly. We truly have "built it from the ground up". What once was an old nasty office space became our home, our retreat, and I will forever hold this little corner of Lincoln Mills in my heart. The hardest part to handle is that once we leave, everything will be gutted and our presence here will practically be erased :( I don't like to think about everything we've done going to waste because I know it hasn't. We have benefited from it and that's what matters.

So, goodbye little loft. Thank you for treating us so well, even though we had our ups and downs ;) You will be missed, but never forgotten.

a waiting game

So this is what I am doing right now. Well not this exactly, but I am currently "curling" my hair. We shall see how this turns out in the morning.

Easter and a Bump

After a tiring day at work, I was able to spend a little quality egg hunting time with my wittle guy and my family. Here's a few shots of him being wild and crazy and a shot of my 24 week baby bump! :)
